Product Policy

We are very accurate about the product’s quality, but our all handicrafts products are handmade by Artisans  in different batch, so it may be a bit vary in size, colour or shape displayed in image. We will try to deliver same product but if some minor changes are there in colour or design  best will be send and quality is never compromised,  if in case it is not available we will be giving you a similar options and you have to select from the options. Before packing our representative checks the quality but due to mishandling during transportation if you found any damage or defect in product, immediately contact us within 24 hrs by mail or call.
